| The Union is hosting its first summer show ever! (At least, as long as we can remember...) It's bound to be full of shenanigans, high jinks, and escapades. Bring your friends, bring your friends' friends, and better yet, bring a stranger because this night is bound to be talked about for hours, days, months, nay- years to come.
Headlining the evening's musical tomfoolery is Chicago's eclectic and energetic rock group Aktar Aktar. "Aktar Aktar is an all original rock band with a sound like a tightrope act of modern American/British rock swinging over a safety net of the classics." The Union is thrilled to bring Aktar Aktar back after the audience at their last show demanded an encore...as the opening band! I know...it rocked. http://www.myspace.com/aktaraktar
Blane Fonda will move and shake you, groove and quake you. These guys get right to the point: music should make you want to dance. With catchy hooks, smooth melodies, and easy-to-join-in-on choruses, you'll find your toes tapping and your hands clapping in no time at all. http://www.myspace.com/blanefonda
